International Vision:
Though our current focus is in rural Alaska, we ultimately desire to offer the
Transforming Leaders program to struggling communities around the world.
We've received requests for the program from organizations in seven different
countries. This illustrates to us the felt need for support among these leaders as
they work to serve those around them.

creativity and hope, reconciliation and healing.
Through the Transforming Leaders program, Beyond Borders provides support
and training through a series of interactive, one to two day workshops. Our
curriculum is organized in three separate training areas: Servant Leadership,
Effective Leadership and Healing Leadership. To receive information on
